Awesome work! This character looks very similar to the main character from undertale. Correct me if i am wrong, but did you get any inspiration from that?

Sadly I didn't think of anything Undertale related while I was making this work.It was rather inspired by close friends.Altough with a title like "Heartache" I can see where the relation can come from

And I have to ask, it says traditional, but the lines are sooo clean and the colors are so even, how do you do it?

Hey sorry for the very late reply!
Well it's actually mixed media,as I paint my drawings in Photoshop.
The lines however are made on paper with technical pens
